LEROS VIEW SUITE

This is a ground floor stone building on a small plot with a north-east orientation in the Patelo location of Leros.
The owners were asked to create a modern space while maintaining the traditional characteristics of the building and the architecture of the area.
The main idea of the design team was based on creating a single living room - sitting room, an independent bedroom, a kitchen with additional storage space and a modern bathroom inside. In the outdoor areas, a built living room with a wooden pergola, a hot tub, planting areas and redesigning the boundaries of the property to maintain privacy since there are many buildings around.
The basic materials used are wood, mosaic, natural materials, pastel fabrics, wooden furniture, plasters in white shades, built structures that have been coated with pressed cement mortar in pastel shades.
