Yoloclub is a new nightlife area in Ag. Marina of Leros.
The club was redesigned and radical changes were made to the existing initial situation.
The design remodeling was based on traditional island aesthetics, maintaining and evolving its main features.
For the best functionality of the club, two levels were created and all the spaces (bars, booth dj, space with stands, communal areas, auxiliary areas and emphasis on the traffic corridor were redesigned.) The dance floor is connected to the traffic corridor.
All the constructions created in the club have been built with calls following traditional applications, the island curvature and were coated with a troweling cement mortar. The hue that dominates is white.
The dj booth is lifted 1m from the floor of the dance floor, serving as a watch and as a customer area on the outside, and has a recess for beverage placement.
Opposite the dj booth there is a room with built-in tables, which is raised 0.60cm from the rest of the club floor and can accommodate upright and seated customers. Here the specially constructed sculptural surfaces refer to the traditional island paths.
The bar built in the center of the shop and can serve the club's customers on all three sides. All its surfaces are covered with a spatulable white cement plaster. Recesses were placed behind the bar for the placement of drinks.
A feature of this fabrication was the eyebrow that you create by cheating the patrons and giving the impression that there is a call at the point where the drinks are placed while in fact, they are in a straight line.
On the ceiling was placed a structure that refers to a suspended sculpture.
In its design, principles of parametric design were applied and in combination with the repeated asymmetric design it develops on a surface of 100m2 and is positioned at a height of 2.60m the lowest point and 4m the tallest.
Its long rounded edges are painted in anthracite color and are dressed by a led strip attached to the light console, creating visual effects and playing the role of central lighting.
Perimeter of the special construction on the ceiling have been fitted headlamps that are combined with the lighting located in the rest of the club.
In the reception area, mild linear lighting was selected, while outside the shop was illuminated with lamps emitting single and double narrow beams
The store's inscription was designed, cut and made from sheet metal and illuminated with hidden lighting. It was placed vertically in a recess at the entrance of the club and was incorporated in a special way on the face.
